1. STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipments of available products are made within 24h after receipt of the order if the product is actually in stock
Shipping of pre-order products are scheduled a few days before the official product release, shown in the product sheet.
Standard Shipping is free of charge above 99.90€ spend
- Discharge of Liability for Damage or Loss of Package
Baruzcard.co.uk informs that once the package is entrusted to the courier for shipment to the end customer, it does not assume any responsibility for any damage, loss or delay that may occur during transportation.
This disclaimer applies in all situations beyond the direct control of Baruzcard.co.uk, such as:
- Errors on the part of the carrier;
- Loss of the package;
- Damage incurred during delivery;
- Unforeseen delays;
- Other unforeseeable events independent of the sender.
✅ Baruzcard.co.uk warrants that it will properly perform all shipping preparations, including proper packaging and labeling of the package.
📌 Acceptance by the Customer
The customer hereby declares that he/she is aware and accepts that:
- From the time the package is handed over to the carrier, he/she assumes all risks related to transportation, including any damage, loss or delay;
- Any claims must be made directly to the courier, in the manner provided by the courier;
- Baruzcard.it will not be held liable for any loss or damage occurring after delivery to the courier.
🛡 Insured Shipping (Optional)
The customer may request an insured shipment that provides full coverage of the value of the order in case of damage or loss.
👉 The cost of this service is 10% of the total order value.

📝 This statement is made pursuant to Articles 1229 and 1469-bis of the Civil Code, in accordance with current Italian regulations on contracts between professionals and consumers.
2. SHIPPING VS AIGRADING
Discharge of Liability for Shipping - AiGrading
Baruzcard.co.uk informs its customers that, once they entrust the package to the courier for shipment to AiGrading, it assumes no liability for any damages, losses, delays or inefficiencies that may occur during transportation.
This limitation of liability covers all situations that are not directly dependent on Baruzcard.co.uk, including - but not limited to -:
Errors on the part of the courier;
Loss of the package;
Damage caused during transportation;
Unforeseen or unforeseeable events beyond the sender's control.
✅ Baruzcard.co.uk warrants that it has properly packaged, labeled, and delivered the package to the courier, following all procedures required for safe shipment.
📌 Acceptance by the customer
By delegating the shipment of Baruzcard cards, the customer declares that he/she is aware of and accepts that:
- The risk of loss or damage to the package passes entirely to the customer from the time of delivery to the courier;
- Any complaints or claims must be addressed directly to the courier, in the manner provided by it;
- Baruzcard.it is exempt from any liability for damage, delay or loss occurring subsequent to shipment.
This communication is drafted in accordance with Articles 1229 and 1469-bis of the Civil Code, in compliance with current Italian regulations on contracts between professionals and consumers.
3. INSURED SHIPPING
Insured Shipping - Terms and Conditions
In case of choosing insured shipping, the customer consciously accepts a surcharge of 10% of the total value of the order in order to insure the full amount of the purchase.
This option provides the customer with greater protection in case of:
- Loss of the package by the courier;
- Visible and documentable damage suffered by the package during delivery (in which case the refund will be proportionate to the amount of damage actually found);
- Shipping errors attributable to the courier company;
- Unforeseen events beyond the sender's control (e.g. theft, accidents, natural disasters, etc.).
In all of the above cases, it will be the responsibility of Baruzcard to provide reimbursement of the insured amount, in whole or in part depending on the situation, after verification of the event and in accordance with the timeframes and procedures provided for by current regulations.
4 PRE-ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Preorders - Terms and Conditions (in accordance with Italian law)
Products sold through pre-orders fall into the category of goods not immediately available, often related to the collectibles market and subject to production limitations, allocations by distributors or unforeseen variations in delivery times. Accordingly, specific conditions apply:
1. Binding of the Preorder
- The pre-order is to be considered binding in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, letter d), since these are clearly customized goods or goods ordered on demand.
- The customer, by accepting these conditions at the time of purchase, waives the standard right of withdrawal provided for online purchases.
2. Possibility of Cancellation
- At the customer's request, BaruZcard may consider cancellation of the preorder prior to shipment. In this case, a fee of 10% of the amount paid will be withheld to cover transaction, handling and allocation costs.
- The same deduction also applies in the event of cancellation due to causes not attributable to the seller (e.g., second thoughts, delays attributable to third-party vendors, etc.).
3. Returns and Refunds.
Once you receive the product, you may exercise your right to return it, provided that:
- The product is undamaged, unopened and in the same condition as it was received;
- The customer bears the cost of the return;
- The return is not motivated by a non-conformity attributable to BaruZcard.
In case of return of a non-defective pre-order, a 10% fee will still be retained to cover the costs incurred.
4. Product Availability.
- Preorders do not guarantee delivery with absolute certainty: in some cases, due to causes beyond BaruZcard's control (e.g., restrictions imposed by the distributor or manufacturer), the product may not be allocated or delivered.
- In these cases, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions, in accordance with regulations.
This notice is prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), with particular attention to the exceptions provided for made-to-order and collectible products.
Priority allocation in case of allocation:
1) Historical Pokemon customers who have never cancelled anything and who consistently buy over time
2) Historical Pokemon customers who consistently buy over time
3) New Pokèmon customers from at least 3 pre-ordered sets
4) Historical customers
5) Small orders
6) Large orders --- Will be the ones touched first in order to give product to everyone
