Presumably the three Charizard cards are alternate art versions that will come from VSTAR Universe, which releases in Japan in December. We already know we're getting alternate art versions of other VSTAR Pokemon from that set, like in our VSTAR Premium collections for Dialga Origin Forme and Palkia and Hisuian Zoroark.
There is also an Arceus VSTAR Ultra Premium Collection coming out in the future.
